Gloria Carter

Iviilik Gloria Carter is a NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. (NANA) director from Deering and was elected to the board on March 30, 2019.

Carter previously worked as a shareholder relations coordinator for NANA and as an aide for the Northwest Arctic Borough School District at Deering School. She serves on the Deering IRA Council and is a board member for the Ipnatchiaq Electric Company. She is a former council member for the City of Deering.

Carter also serves on the board of directors for NANA Development Corporation (NDC), NANA’s wholly-owned subsidiary.
