Leanne Bass

Leanne Bass has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various roles. Leanne started their career at TUI UK in 2005 as a Learning and Development Consultant, specializing in sales and operations. In 2009, they joined M. H. Alshaya Co. as the Regional Head of Learning and Development for UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Casablanca, a role they held until 2012. Since 2016, Leanne has been with Nando's United Arab Emirates, where they have served as the Learning and Development Manager and currently holds the position of Head of People.

Leanne Bass completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Aberystwyth University between the years 2000 and 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Media Production at the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2005.
