Kurt Whitlow

Kurt Whitlow is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Nando's Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Guzman y Gomez Mexican Taqueria from June 2012 to August 2015. Kurt was also the General Manager for Pizza Hut SOPAC from July 2005 to February 2008. During their time at Pizza Hut, they were responsible for the brand's change process, which included new brand positioning and ownership structure, as well as the sale of 76 company-owned stores to franchisees. Kurt also spearheaded the development of new selection, training, and onboarding processes for franchisees. In addition, they achieved alignment of franchisee and franchisor objectives, resulting in increased franchisee investment in the brand. As a result of their leadership, the Pizza Hut brand saw significant growth in a highly competitive market.

Kurt Whitlow reports to Amanda Banfield, CEO, Nando's Australia & New Zealand. They work with Ed Tollinton - Chief Information Officer, Nando's Australia, Simon Vincent - Chief Commercial Officer, Nando's Australia, and Scott Hamilton - Chief Development Officer, Nando's Australia.
