Solveig Ellila Kristiansen

Solveig Ellila Kristiansen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Granfoss since January 2024, Kristiansen is also the Founder, Investor, and Advisor at Hockeystick Impact AS, and holds board member positions at Nanitor and AppliedAutonomy. Previously, Kristiansen has served in high-level roles such as Group CCO at Ticketer and Member of the Board at FARA AS. Experience also includes leadership as CEO of Oslo EdTech Cluster and Lin Education, where Kristiansen facilitated significant growth and successful exits. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology from UiT-The Arctic University of Norway and additional professional training at INSEAD and Styrelederskolen.
