Fanch FRANCIS, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1996, Fanch served in the French Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer until 2003, with assignments including naval aviation, surveillance frigate, and amphibious transport dock. In 2005, Fanch transitioned to the French Ministry of Defence, where they worked as a Senior Analyst until 2014. Fanch then took on the role of Head of Business Development at IREMOS from 2015 to 2018, followed by a brief period as a Consultant at International SOS. In 2014, Fanch founded OAK Branch and served as the COO and Founder until 2020. Currently, Fanch is the CEO of NANO Corp, and also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Rennes School of Business from September to December 2021.

Fanch FRANCIS, PhD has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. In 2003 to 2005, they attended a Joint School and obtained a degree in Foreign Languages Information Translation, specializing in Russian and English. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Advanced Studies in Information Science at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. In 2014 to 2019, they pursued a Research Doctorate in Information and Communication Science from the same university. Additionally, in 2015, they received certification in Tech & Sales from IBM.
