Lyle Brown

Lyle is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. He has been a partner since 1991 in the accounting firm of Culver & Co. in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving clients in a wide range of industries, and is familiar with the reporting requirements of public companies. Lyle has served on numerous boards of directors for both private and public companies.
