Maya Howard

Maya Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maya began their career in 2008 as a Subpoena Compliance Coordinator at Cricket Communications, where they received and organized legal documents, executed administrative tasks, and handled phone calls. In 2009, they worked as a Front Desk Attendant & Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, where they greeted and checked in club members, operated the POS system, and maintained retail areas.

From 2010 to 2013, Maya worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Visual Assistant Manager, where they recruited, interviewed, hired, and trained a team of associates. Maya also created weekly schedules for employees and continuously trained and developed the team.

In 2013, Maya had two roles. First, they worked as an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager at Tilly's, where they analyzed trends, organized and executed merchandising projects, and managed a visual team. Later that year, they joined Paper Source as an Assistant Manager, utilizing company business reporting to drive store sales, executing store operations, and training and developing staff.

In 2017, Maya worked at ManagedLab Services as a Lab Assistant II, providing support to the analytical chemistry department at Celgene. Maya'sresponsibilities included preparing buffers and solvents, maintaining the laboratory, and following standard operating procedures.

From 2017 to 2019, Maya held various roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Materials Associate I, Materials Technician I, and Material Associate I. Maya'sduties involved handling materials and supporting the company's operations.

Since 2019, Maya has been employed at nanoComposix. Maya started as a Laboratory Technician and later became a Laboratory Supervisor. Maya'srole includes overseeing lab operations, implementing improvements, and training and supporting lab technicians.

Maya Howard earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued an Associate's degree in Biotechnology at Southwestern College, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from San Diego State University from 2003 to 2007.
