Juho Jalo

Juho Jalo is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Nanoform since August 2021, specializing in commercial contracts related to business development, R&D, intellectual property rights, licensing, IT, corporate law, and employment law. Prior to this role, Juho worked as Legal Counsel at Orion Corporation from November 2018 to July 2021, focusing on various commercial contracts, including in-licensing and out-licensing agreements. Earlier legal experience includes a position as Associate at Krogerus Attorneys Ltd from May 2015 to October 2018, with a focus on Banking & Finance and commercial contracts, as well as a stint as Legal Counsel at Finnvera for export finance. Juho Jalo holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Turku and completed exchange studies at the University of Surrey in 2012.
