Aaron Sossin

Aaron Sossin is a Bioinformatics Analyst at New York Genome Center, working in the Landau Lab. Aaron specializes in designing deep learning and ML pipelines for detection of circulating tumor DNA in liquid biopsy settings. Aaron also worked as an ML Scientist at NanoGraf Corporation and as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, focusing on AI algorithms for genome-wide structural variant prioritization. With experience in a variety of research and AI projects, Aaron's educational background includes a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Computer Science from McGill University.
