Asif Khan

Dr. Asif Khan is an internist with specialty in infectious diseases and addiction medicine. He is the founder and CEO of Northwest Integrated Health, an integrated treatment model for behavioral health and physical health integration in greater Seattle area. He is also the founder and CEO of Physician Office Laboratory Specialists (POLS), that can manage and help start High complexity laboratories in all 50 states. Dr. Khan is also the laboratory director for five High Complexity Laboratories. He is clinical faculty at University of Washington’s Department of Family Medicine and has his MBA from University of Washington.

Dr. Khan is on the board of directors at Medtest Holdings, one of the portfolio companies at Enhanced Equity Fund (EEF), and for Key-Opinion-Leader (KOL) for In-vitro Diagnostics with Mindray North America. He is also a board member for the Washington Association of Addiction and Alcohol Programs, and a member of the Accountable Communities of Health Integration committee for Pierce county Washington. He is the medical director for Pierce county medical reserve corps and Pierce County Alliance. He is also a charter member of the local Lions Club in Tacoma, Washington.
