Gwen Leonardi

Gwen Leonardi is the Business Logistics Manager at Sunnking. Gwen has over four years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Sunnking, they were the Director of Human Resources at All-American Home Care, where they were responsible for document creation and control, establishing process and procedure, constructing and implementing policy, managing job requirements and descriptions, implementing a recruiting program, advocating for employees, conducting exit interviews, administering ADP/ Paychex Flex payroll, creating and analyzing payroll reports, and recommending changes. Gwen also maintained legal compliance and organized HR and employee records. Prior to their role at All-American Home Care, Ms. Leonardi was the Human Resources Administrator at Tab Data Systems, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for many of the same duties as their previous role, including document creation and control, policy construction and implementation, job description management, recruiting program administration, exit interview facilitation, payroll creation and analysis, and compliance maintenance. Ms. Leonardi has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and is an asset to Sunnking.
