Tim Fauquex

Tim Fauquex has a wealth of experience in finance and strategy, having worked at multiple companies in various roles. Tim currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Nanoleq since 2023. Prior to this, Tim served as the Vice President of FP&A for Glatfelter's Spunlace Division from November 2021 to October 2022. During their time at Glatfelter, they played a crucial role in leading post-merger integration and building FP&A capabilities for the company.

Before joining Glatfelter, Tim worked at Jacob Holm for six years. Tim held the position of VP Strategy and FP&A from April 2017 to October 2021, where they coordinated the sale of the Jacob Holm Group, led business plan and strategy development, and conducted management presentations. Tim was also accountable for planning, analytics, pricing, contracting, and financing. During their tenure at Jacob Holm, they implemented performance dashboards and led monthly financial reviews. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Director of Business Analytics from May 2015 to March 2017, where they developed strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. Tim also played a key role in bond refinancing and executed corporate development activities.

Tim began their career at Credit Suisse in 2010, where they held roles as an Assistant Vice President and Analyst. As an Assistant Vice President from January 2014 to April 2015, Tim managed M&A processes, including preparing business plans and conducting due diligence. Tim also led lead generation in Eastern Switzerland. As an Analyst from September 2010 to December 2013, Tim advised corporates and financial investors on M&A and capital market transactions and conducted in-depth analysis.

Tim Fauquex completed a Master's in International Management at Esade in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they received a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen from 2008 to 2010. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007.
