Christian Rattray

Christian Rattray has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2020. Christian'smost recent position was as a Human Resources Generalist at Nanometrics Inc, which they started in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a People & Organization Assistant at Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital from May 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Assistant at Community Living Upper Ottawa from November 2020 to May 2021. Christian also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Andrew Fleck Children's Services from July 2020 to August 2020.

Christian Rattray attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Business. Prior to that, they also studied at the same institution, specializing in Law as a Law Clerk. In addition to their formal education, Christian obtained certifications in "Recruiting with Social Media" from LinkedIn Learning in September 2021 and "Technical Recruiting" from the same institution.
