Chelsea Johnson has a diverse work experience. Chelsea started their career as a Lifeguard at the City of Durham in September 2015 and worked until May 2016. In September 2015, they also began working as a Sailing Instructor and Counselor at Camp Don Lee, where they primarily worked during the summers and led retreats in the off-season. In August 2016, Chelsea worked as a Food Service Worker at Happy and Hale until February 2017. From August 2018 to August 2019, they were a Sales Associate at Red and White Shop. In August 2019, Chelsea joined Cru as a Part-time Field Staff member, a position they held until May 2021. From August to December 2020, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Meredith College. Chelsea Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Meredith College in 2021. Chelsea then pursued their Master of Physiology at North Carolina State University from 2021 to 2022.
