Nitisha Kundu

Nitisha Kundu has held several positions in the Human Resources and Marketing fields. Nitisha began their career in 2015 as an HR Intern at The Coca-Cola Company. Nitisha then worked as a Marketing Intern at The Kraft Heinz Company in 2016. In the same year, they were an Executive Search - APAC, EMEA, Americas at Positive Moves. In 2018, they were a Human Resources Consultant at Minna Technologies and an Executive Search - EMEA & APAC at EMA Partners International. In 2019, Nitisha joined FICO as a Talent Partner - APJ & Americas. In this role, they were responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Lead for ERG, Employer Branding, and Campus Recruitment. Most recently, in 2021, Nitisha was appointed as the Human Resources Director at Nanonets.

Nitisha Kundu has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from XLRI Jamshedpur in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Nitisha also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Fergusson College in Economics, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013.
