Andrew Dittmer

Andrew Dittmer has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being SVP Business Development at Nanoracks – Powered by Voyager Space. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director - Business Development at OneWeb Technologies. Andrew also has experience as a Technology and Cybersecurity Consultant at EY. Before transitioning into the private sector, Andrew held various roles in the military, including serving as a Navy Liaison to the Space Education & Training Center and as the Executive Officer at the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Naples. Andrew has also worked as the Far East Region Communications Operations Director for the US Seventh Fleet and as a Cyber Defence Strategist for the NATO International Military Staff. Additionally, Andrew has experience as the Chief, Afghan Cyber Defence Cell and as a Cyber Policy and Enterprise Architect at United States Strategic Command. Andrew started their career as the Chief Information Officer at Commander, Submarine Group NINE.

Andrew Dittmer holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Space Systems Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School. Andrew also has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy. Andrew Dittmer has additional certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², CNSSI 4013/4014 from the National Security Agency, and NSTISSI 4011, also from the National Security Agency.
