Anthony Villar

Anthony Villar has a wealth of experience in finance roles. Anthony began their career in 1998 as a Finance Manager at New York & Company, where they were responsible for budgeting and forecasting for units with $1B retail sales and $400MM operating expenses. Anthony also analyzed ROI for expansions, new ventures, and proposed business acquisitions, and constructed financial schedules/commentary for SEC reporting (S-1, 10-Q, 10-K).

In 2006, Anthony moved to Avery Dennison, where they held two roles: Finance Manager - Global Operations Finance / Plant Controllership, and Finance Manager - Regional Americas FP&A. In the first role, they directed financial operations and annual planning for manufacturing plants in CA and NY ($25MM Revenue), and partnered with plant leadership to optimize margins/costs and increase plant profitability to achieve goal of 10% EBIT. In the second role, they oversaw financial consolidation and reporting for U. S. and Latin America, and developed and coordinated $250MM annual revenue and EBIT operating plan.

Most recently, Anthony has been the Director of Finance at Nanotronics since 2019.
