Rania R. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rania began their career as a News Intern at CNBC in 2013. In 2018, they joined the International Olympic Committee as a Youth Olympian & Young Leader Ambassador, where they served until 2020. Also in 2018, Rania started working at Barclays, initially as an Analyst and later as an Assistant Vice President in the CEO Office for Barclays Europe. In 2022, they transitioned to Gemini, where they specialized in client advisory and product development for Institutional clients and Private collectors. Currently, they are working at Nansen, focusing on institutional sales and partnerships, particularly in the APAC, Middle East, and Europe regions. Rania's work at Nansen includes building and managing the Proof-of-reserves team and facilitating integration with global cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance and Crypto.

Rania R. holds a Master's degree in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, specifically from its Cambridge Judge Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at UCL (University College London) with a focus on Law. In 2013, Rania attended the Summer Session at Stanford University. Additionally, they obtained their GCSE Singapore-Cambridge 'A' Levels from Hwachong Junior College.

In terms of certifications, Rania completed the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme at the University of Oxford in January 2023. In May 2020, they achieved a certification in Fashion History from The Business of Fashion. Rania also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in June 2019. Furthermore, they have the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK, acquired in September 2017.
