Andrew Stanfield

Andrew Stanfield is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage operations, lodging management, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Hospitality & Lodging at Nantahala Outdoor Center since 2021, Andrew oversees a vast array of facilities, including multiple retail and food outlets, lodgings, campgrounds, and employee housing, managing daily operations for over 600,000 visitors annually. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at HeyDay Entertainment, General Manager at Aramark, and various leadership positions in both food and beverage and operations across several hotel and restaurant establishments. Andrew holds a Certified Food & Beverage, Hotel, Resort & Convention Operations Manager certification from the American Hotel & Motel Association and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Alaska Southeast.
