Bill Leber

Vice President, Air Traffic Innovations at PASSUR Aerospace

Bill Leber has over 30 years of work experience in the aerospace industry. Bill started their career in 1981 as an Engineering Planner at McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Corporation. Bill then joined Northwest Airlines in 1983 as Chief Dispatcher, where they provided tactical and strategic coordination between Flight Dispatch and Air Traffic Management. During their time at Northwest Airlines, they also founded and served as President of the Airline Dispatchers Federation, advocating for the implementation of a part 121 dispatch system. In 2009, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Research Analyst Principal, before transitioning to PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. in 2012 as Vice President for Air Traffic Innovations. Throughout their career, Leber has played key roles in various industry work groups and conferences, including the JPDO - Weather ATM Integration Conference and the FAA - Research Engineering & Development Advisory Committee. Bill has also served as Co-Chairman for the CDM - ATA Government-Industry Partnership and the CDM Future Concepts Subgroup.

Bill Leber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Administration with a specialization in Air Transportation from Saint Louis University. Bill studied at the university from 1978 to 1981.
