Sushanta Pal

Sushanta Pal has a diverse work experience in research and development roles within the field of nanotechnology. From 2016 onwards, they have been working at Nantero as a Senior Scientist and R&D Group Lead, where they are responsible for leading the materials R&D team and solving technical challenges related to nano-material colloidal spin-on liquids and films for semiconductor applications.

Prior to Nantero, Sushanta worked at Carbon Solution Inc from 2011 to 2015 as a Research Scientist. In this role, they conducted new product development research and led the development and production of functionalized Carbon Nanotube (CNT) products. Sushanta also pioneered novel chemical formulations for various applications.

Before joining Carbon Solution, Sushanta worked at CNSE, UC Riverside from 2007 to 2011 as a Research Scientist. Sushanta was also responsible for managing technical reports for government grants.

Sushanta's earliest work experience was at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Research Scientist from 2006 to 2007. In this role, they initiated a new project on electron transport and hole transport materials. Sushanta also collaborated with theoretical research groups and research engineers for device performance measurements.
