Rebecca Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and transformation. As the Founder and Managing Director of Deepen, Rebecca focuses on fostering thriving cultures through conscious leadership, facilitation, and executive coaching. In an advisory capacity at Nanu, Rebecca supports the development of innovative cognitive performance tools aimed at enhancing online communication. As COO, CMO, and Director of Women In Change, Rebecca significantly grew a members' network dedicated to professional women in transformation. Previous roles include Head of Content & Facilitation at Petra Velzeboer Ltd., where Rebecca oversaw mental health and leadership training, and various leadership and transformation positions at BP, driving cultural change and managing cross-functional projects. Rebecca holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath and completed diplomas in Transformational Coaching and Therapeutic Skills at respected institutions in 2020.
