Arlenny Ahmad

Arlenny Ahmad has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning Programme Management at Nanyang Technological University since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing the Technology-Enhanced Learning Programme. Prior to this, Arlenny held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Sony Electronics from June 2013 to March 2016, overseeing L&D initiatives and leadership programmes in the APAC region. Arlenny's career began at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore, where roles included Assistant Director of the Training Systems Branch, providing instructional consultation and leading professional development, and Senior Officer, managing operational duties and training for officers. Arlenny holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from Nanyang Technological University/National Institute of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
