Ettanoor Thuppale Mohan Dass

Ettanoor Thuppale Mohan Dass is a Senior Scientist at the Energy Research Institute at Nanyang Technological University since July 2011, focusing on basic and applied research in renewable energy, specifically in wind, tidal, and solar technologies, along with developing non-filter based mitigation technologies for haze effects on gas turbines and ventilation systems, and liquid desiccant based dehumidification technology. Prior to this role, Mohan Dass served as a Senior Investment Manager in the Singapore Public Sector from February 1971 to December 2000, overseeing private power plant investments, operations, and conducting technology and fuel risk analyses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Strathclyde University, along with both a BS and an MBA in Hydrodynamics, Thermodynamics, and International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
