Dan Fondell

Dan Fondell currently serves as the Director of Inventory, Planning & Replenishment at NAPA AUTO PARTS since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dan spent a decade at The Home Depot, where various positions included Senior Manager for Supply Chain Analytics and Senior Manager for Inventory Solutions Online, leading significant projects that improved inventory planning and execution. Key achievements during this tenure included enhancing service levels and optimizing transportation for major retail events. Before The Home Depot, Dan was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, focusing on financial audits for large public companies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently enrolled in the Genuine Parts Executive Development Program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
