Kevin Ream

Kevin Ream, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior People Partner at NAPA Auto Parts, providing comprehensive human resources support for the East Coast sales team. With extensive HR experience, Kevin has held key positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager for over 1,100 employees in Ohio and Human Resources Manager in various organizations, including Site Services Group, where significant HR policies were developed and implemented. Kevin's background includes leadership roles in the military, particularly as Logistics and Operations Officer in the 371st Sustainment Brigade, overseeing logistical support and operations for over 1,800 soldiers. Kevin holds a BSBA in International Business and Human Resource Management from Bowling Green State University.
