Erika Hannig-Cross

Erika Hannig-Cross is a Human Resources Generalist at Napa Center Inc. since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including as Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target from July 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included improving HR metrics for over 200 employees, leading modernization initiatives, promoting a diverse culture, and overseeing recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Emerson Automation Solutions, where Erika supported recruitment, evaluated organizational structure, and assisted in diversity and engagement projects. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
