Saleem Boumaroun

Saleem Boumaroun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and lean methodologies. Currently, as a Lean Senior Expert at Napco National since April 2021, Saleem leads the Lean Team in the Packaging Division, focusing on the development and implementation of the Napco Production System (NPS) and Napco Supply Chain System (NSS) across multiple plants. Prior to this role, Saleem served as a Lean Specialist, managing focused improvement projects and driving digital transformation initiatives. Saleem's background includes significant project management roles at Technical Group Inc. and MATTA ET ASSOCIES SAL, overseeing various construction projects and coordinating with contractors and clients. Saleem holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Lebanese American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU).
