Alison Walsh

Alison Walsh has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Alison started their career at Bowne in 2002, where they held a role in human resources from September 2002 to August 2003. After that, they joined ProHealth Care Associates in November 2003, where they worked in human resources until January 2007. In 2007, Alison joined NAPCO Security Technologies first as a Director of Human Resources and then later as Vice President of Human Resources, starting in July 2021.

Alison Walsh completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology & Elementary Education at Molloy University from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University from 2001 to 2003.
