Doug A. Krieger

Since 1969, Naperville has operated under the Council-Manager form of government as provided by state law. City Manager Doug A. Krieger is the professional chief administrator for all city operations and is appointed by the City Council. He is responsible for executing the policies established by the Naperville City Council.
