Jerry Hughes

Jerry Hughes is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and training management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at NaphCare, Inc. since May 2022, and concurrently functioning as a Training Manager and Human Resource Manager at Brookstone Restoration since October 2019. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at FirstBank Mortgage, Training and Human Resource Manager at SERVPRO of Birmingham, and Training Coordinator at Barfield, Murphy, Shank & Smith, where notable contributions included establishing training programs and leadership development initiatives. Jerry also held the position of Curriculum and Training Manager at Infinity Insurance, where a management-training program was developed, and has extensive experience from time as a Training Manager and Specialist at Wells Fargo, following the acquisition of SouthTrust Bank.
