Mary Edgar

Mary Edgar has over a decade of experience in the correctional health and administrative services sectors, currently serving as AVP of Federal Prisons at NaphCare, Inc. since September 2013. Mary has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Federal Prisons and Accreditation Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with health service standards, managing documentation systems, and maintaining oversight of healthcare practices in jail settings. Prior to NaphCare, Mary held managerial roles at MedManagement LLC, focusing on administrative services and executive assistance, and contributed to Leadership Birmingham's project coordination and alumni support efforts. Mary holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Birmingham-Southern College.
