Melody Molinaro

Melody Molinaro serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Jail Operations at NaphCare, Inc., leading initiatives since November 2018, including a role as Interim Health Services Administrator at the Clark County Detention Center. Prior to this, Melody held the position of Nurse Manager at Maricopa County for a brief period in 2018. Melody's extensive experience with NaphCare extends back to 2008, where various roles included Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Health Services Administrator, in addition to serving as a Registered Nurse. Additional nursing experience includes roles at Centennial Surgery Center, Community Education Centers, Corizon Health, American Nursing Care Agency, Endoscopy Center of Marin, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Melody holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing and a diploma from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
