Mourad El Fathi has extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, currently serving as Directeur de Fabrication at Naphtachimie since June 2010, overseeing the olefin production line, including a significant naphtha cracker operation with a capacity exceeding 700,000 tons per year. Previous roles included Plant Manager for the Olefins production line, TAR Area Manager, and Operation Engineer, focusing on butadiene extraction and commissioning processes. As part of the INEOS Project One, Mourad contributed to the commissioning team for an ethane cracker, developing procedures and reviews related to system integration and safety. Early in the career, Mourad held a position as a Process Engineer at TotalEnergies, specializing in reforming and FCC processes. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur from ENSIC.
