Hayley Buick

Hayley Buick has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Hayley is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Napier City Council since March 2023. Before that, they worked as an ANZ Talent Business Partner at Brandt Group of Companies from December 2021 to March 2023. Hayley also served as the APAC Talent Attraction at Trimble Inc. from December 2020 to December 2021 and as a Contractor at Alliance Group Limited from September 2020 to December 2020. Prior to that, Hayley held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Airways New Zealand from March 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Recruitment Team Leader from September 2018 to March 2019 and as a Recruitment Specialist from May 2017 to September 2018 at Canterbury District Health Board. Hayley's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from October 2014 to April 2017, specializing in recruitment of Office Professionals in the South Island of New Zealand.

Hayley Buick completed their Bachelor of Theology degree at Laidlaw College from 2011 to 2014. Hayley then pursued further education at the Ara Institute of Canterbury, where they studied Business with a concentration in HR until 2020.
