Dahlia Sherif, M.P.S. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Dahlia began their career as a French Teacher at Charlotte Country Day School in 1997 and subsequently taught French at The British International School in Cairo in 1999. Dahlia then worked as an English Teacher at Berlitz Language Center from 2001 to 2003.

In 1999, Sherif joined Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence where they held several positions including Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Coordinator, Recruitment Manager, Human Resources Manager, and finally Assistant Director of Human Resources. Dahlia was responsible for various HR functions and played a crucial role in the openings of new hotels within the region.

Sherif also worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Human Resources department from 1999 to 2009. During this time, they also briefly worked as an English Teacher in 2002.

From 2003 to 2007, Sherif served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence. Dahlia was involved in recruitment, employee activities, and benefit administration.

Following their tenure at Four Seasons, Sherif joined Hafez Avocats as the Human Resources & Administration Director. In this role, they established and managed the Human Resources Department in both the Cairo and Paris offices.

Sherif then worked as a Human Resources & Law Firm Management Consultant at YOUSSEF & PARTNERS Attorneys, where they advised the Managing Partner on various HR and operational matters.

Most recently, Sherif held leadership positions at Tatweer Misr, starting as a Human Resources Consultant in 2014. Dahlia later served as the Executive Director of Human Resources & Administration, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Chief Executive Services Officer, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources. In their current position, they manage and oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department.

Throughout their career, Sherif has demonstrated expertise in various areas of human resources and administration, including recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.

Dahlia Sherif, M.P.S. obtained a Master of Professional Studies degree from The George Washington University from 2013 to 2015. Dahlia also received a Graduate Certificate in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French at Davidson College from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a High School Diploma from the American International School from 1991 to 1993.
