Jill Coyle

Jill Coyle is an experienced HR professional who currently serves as the Acting Chief People Officer at Napier City Council since November 2023. Jill is also the owner and HR Business Consultant at New Zealand Human Resources, a consultancy focused on supporting small to medium-sized businesses and franchise operations.
