Md Imtiaz possesses over 18 years of experience in the fields of SMT and electronics equipment assembly, specializing in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Head of Plant Manufacturing Operations at Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd since July 2017, Md Imtiaz has previously held senior positions at STAR ENGINEERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd. Expertise includes operation and support for leading SMT machines such as Minami, Ekra, Panasonic, Yamaha, and Philips. Early career experience at Vintron Informatics Ltd involved managing assembly processes and developing maintenance schedules and team coordination across various departments. Md Imtiaz holds a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Board of Technical Education Karnataka and completed 12th Standard at Aligarh Muslim University.
