Nestor Tobar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles across several renowned establishments. Currently serving as the Lead Line Cook at 1500 South by Art Smith since May 2016, Nestor has held previous positions including Kitchen Manager at GameTime, Lead Line Cook at Trump National Doral, Executive Sous Chef at Carmines la Trattoria, and Kitchen Manager at RockFish Grill. Nestor's responsibilities have spanned kitchen operations, employee training in food safety, inventory management, and fostering a productive kitchen environment. Nestor began formal culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami, earning an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management in 2011.
