Abigail Swisher

Abigail Swisher has extensive experience in educational and customer service roles, primarily within environmental and recreational organizations. Currently serving as Educator II at Naples Botanical Garden since January 2020, Abigail has developed educational content, including blogs and videos, and adapted to remote work during the pandemic. Previous positions include Part Time Office Assistant at Friends of Rookery Bay, where Abigail provided customer service and supported fundraising events, and Book Seller at Barnes & Noble, where customer service and training new staff were key responsibilities. Abigail's background also includes roles at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida, The Philadelphia Zoo, and Ocean City, focusing on public education, outreach, and nature conservation.
