Jorge Fernando Castro Egas

Jorge Fernando Castro Egas is a highly experienced professional in engineering and facilities management, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Naples Hotel Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Assistant Director of Building Engineering at The Palace Group, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance staff and overseeing the evaluation and repair of essential building systems. With a strong background in infrastructure management, Jorge was Principal Executive at CAF from 2015 to 2018, overseeing significant engineering projects across 19 countries and managing a budget of $55 million. Previous roles also include Construction Manager and Infrastructure Division Manager at Banco Exterior, directing numerous large-scale projects with a budget of approximately $130 million, and serving as Construction Manager and Vice President of Infrastructure at Bancaribe.
