Esther Bretschneider

Esther Bretschneider has a wealth of experience in product management and program coordination. Esther began their career in 2011 as a Programme Coordinator at Transparent Fish Fund. In 2012, they moved to Starfish Project as a Project Development Coordinator. In 2013, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Lead Product Manager. In 2017, they became an IDP Fellow - Design Innovation at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. In 2020, they joined Unmind as a Group Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager. Esther is currently a Principal Product Manager at Napo, a position they have held since 2022.

Esther Bretschneider obtained a Bachelor (Hons) in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London. Esther then went on to earn a Postgraduate degree in Design Innovation from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. Esther also studied Mandarin Chinese at Beijing Normal University and Korean at Korea University.
