Alicia Osmond

Alicia Osmond currently serves as a Production Coordinator at Napoleon, starting in April 2022, where responsibilities include mediating between Production and the R&D department and managing change notices for grill products for the EU and China. Prior to this role, Alicia held positions such as Production Administrator at Spectra Aluminum Products Ltd. and Production Line Leader at FGF Brands, overseeing production lines and managing over 30 associates. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Hand at Martinrea International, Project Supervisor at Stratosphere Quality, and Gap Leader at Faurecia Automotive. Alicia holds a degree in Canadian Studies and English Language and Literature from Brock University, completed from 2006 to 2010.
