Christine Cerswell

Christine Cerswell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in associate relations and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Napoleon since July 2019, Christine previously held the position of Associate Relations Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at Nordia Inc. from March 2017 to June 2019 and serving as a Corporate Engagement Coordinator at The Source from 2014 to March 2017, alongside a position as an E-Commerce Customer Service Consultant. Christine earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BA) with a focus on History, Science, and Education from Lakehead University between 2009 and 2014, and completed a Post-Graduate program in Human Resources Management at Georgian College from 2015 to 2016.
