Herbert Aldrich

Herbert Aldrich is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and sales leadership. Currently serving as the US National Account Manager and previously as Key Account Manager at Napoleon since September 2021, Herbert has a proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of key accounts across the United States, with expertise in budgeting, forecast management, cost development, and category merchandising. Prior to this role, Herbert held the position of Director of Sales, Independents & Distribution and Key Account Manager at Danby Appliances from February 2016 to September 2021, and served as Territory Manager for Stonhard from September 2014 to February 2016. Herbert also gained valuable experience as Sales Manager at Danby Appliances from January 2008 to July 2013, coordinating sales and marketing efforts across various levels. Educationally, Herbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Findlay, attained between 1997 and 2001, and a diploma from McComb High School, completed in 1997.
