Shane Comella

Shane Comella is a skilled manufacturing engineer with significant experience across various roles in engineering and project coordination. Currently serving at Napoleon since May 2021, Shane holds the titles of Manufacturing Engineering and Process Coordinator. Previously, at Molded Precision Components from November 2019 to April 2021, Shane excelled as a Project Engineer, fostering collaboration across departments to enhance project execution and maintain information systems. Before that, as an Engineer-In-Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Hercules Sealing Products Canada from December 2017 to November 2019, Shane specialized in designing sealing solutions and maintaining CAD records.
