Tracey Elkerton

Tracey Elkerton has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving business development and managing sales teams. Tracey is currently working as the Director of Sales - Hearth Canada at Napoleon, where they are responsible for the gas and electric Hearth categories across all sales channels. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development - Consumer Products at Caframo, where they managed a team of 10 Strategic Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Product Brand Managers. Tracey also held the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing at Mercana Furniture & Decor, leading a team of 10 sales and marketing professionals. Before that, they served as the VP Merchandising TV, Home & Entertainment at The Source, where they led a team of Category Sales Managers and cultivated relationships with leading technology manufacturers. Additionally, Tracey has experience as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Microcel and the Category Director at Loblaw Companies. Tracey began their career as a National Account Manager - Team Leader at Kodak Canada Inc, where they managed sales and account management for consumer, digital, and kiosk products.
