Candy Bourdet

Candy Bourdet has over 30 years of work experience in operations and supply chain management. Candy is currently the Director of Operations at Naprotek, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Forescout Technologies Inc. as the Manager of Global Supply Chain and Logistics from March 2016 to October 2022. From 2008 to 2016, Candy was the Manager of Supply Chain at Symantec/Veritas Technologies, where they managed the appliance supply chain for the Americas and AsiaPac regions and was responsible for vendor quality audits and management. Before that, they served as the VP of Operations at Elsa L, Inc. from August 2006 to December 2007. Candy also worked as a Supply Chain Solutions Manager at Arrow Electronics Inc. from 2002 to 2006 and as the VP of Operations at OddzOn, Inc. from 1991 to 2000.

Candy Bourdet obtained their MBA degree from Santa Clara University between 1987 and 1992. Candy also completed a PM Seminar at the American Management Association. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, and Unconscious Bias through LinkedIn in 2020.
