Full time, permanent, hybrid working with occasional regional travel

Lancashire Offices in Blackburn, Preston, and Lytham. Merseyside offices in Liverpool and Southport. Cumbria office in Kendal.

Napthens Group, a leading northwest solicitor’s firm is seeking additional HR resource to help support the wider People team.

You will be a HR advisor or generalist, who knows their way around serious and complex employee relations matters.

Someone who is qualified but, more importantly, has experience partnering with colleagues and senior leadership teams to achieve results.

Working in-house you will be closely aligned to a large section of the business, supporting them as an extension of their team

So, if you have gained experience by working as an outsourced advisor before or having worked in a multi-site/department business, this would be an advantage.

You will be dealing with the different aspects of the employee lifecycle and getting stuck into projects and training, supporting busy clients (at differing levels of seniority, so effective stakeholder management is a must).

Whilst no one can ever promise a permanent role at the end of the contract there is always a possibility.
