Elizabeth Judson has a strong background in employment law, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Elizabeth started as a Patent Assistant at AstraZeneca in 2000 before transitioning to law. Elizabeth worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Actons Solicitors from 2007 to 2009, and then became an Employment Solicitor at Stephensons Solicitors LLP from 2009 to 2010. Elizabeth returned to Actons Solicitors as an Employment Solicitor from 2010 to 2012. Elizabeth then joined Ellis Whittam, where they served as an Employment Law Adviser and Senior Employment Law Adviser from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, they became a Partner in the Employment Department at Jolliffes before transitioning to a Senior Associate role at DTM Legal LLP in 2020. Elizabeth then moved on to Napthens LLP in 2022 as the Head of Client Experience at AfterAthena. Elizabeth now holds the position of Head of Client Experience at AfterAthena, a role they have been in since 2023. Additionally, Elizabeth has served as a Director and Trustee at Cheshire Connect from 2013 to 2019.

Elizabeth Judson attended the BPP Law School from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Legal Practice Course. In 2017, they received training in Adult Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid England. The following year, in 2018, they obtained a Primary Certificate in Stress Management and Performance Coaching from the International Academy for Professional Development, specializing in Stress Management, Communication, Assertion, and Performance Coaching. In 2022, they completed the Content Marketing Certified program at HubSpot Academy. Finally, in 2023, they took an introductory course in Data and SQL at Code First Girls.
